Shower Pan Replacements: Either a fiberglass or acrylic single-piece insert as the shower floor, or it's a waterproof membrane installed underneath the floor tile. Shower pan Replacements can be very costly due to improper installation the first time. ** New tile work is not included ** Water Heater Replacements: All Water Heater Replacements will come with inspections. It's ALWAYS recommended to complete a hydrostatic test. **Not responsible for any shrubs, tree roots, or sod laying after the job is complete.** |
Sewer Slab Leak Repair:
Customers house failed Hydrostatic test. At 3x2 bushing. Was able make repair with stainless steel shear bands and 3x2 bell reducer under slab. Backfilled and poured concrete job was kept extremely clean! With rubber back canvases and plastic! ** New tile work is not included **
